1979 Trans Am

Matching numbers 403, holds good oil pressure, edelbrock carb needs adjusted and a tune up will be in order. A/C was removed from the car and was cut out at the lines, no compressor. Engine bay needs detailed.

Interior: was originally a blue cloth from the cowl tag, but now it is black with black vinyl seats. Seats are in nice shape no tears, console is decent, hinge on lid for center console needs replaced ($39). The dash has a 1 1/2" crack in the top but can be reapired or even a dash cap installed. The door panels are in nice shape and the carpet is good. Car has a pioneer CD player and Alpine speakers.

Body: Good shape overall, floors, trunk, doors, quarters and fenders solid. Tail panel has some rust along bottom edge of lip (could be repaired without tailpanel replacement), badspot between the T-tops would need new metal welded in for repair. Car is a bit "rattly" when driven, this is because it needs door seals (both sides) and a trunk seal. I have the seal for the shaker but not installed right now. Doors shut nice and will be tight onece the weatherstripping is installed.

Car has a set of Ultra wheels on it with Daytona tires. There are 7in rims front, 8 inch rims rear with 255/60's rear and 215/65's in front. Tires are in good shape with lots of tread left. New decal set installed. Over all the car is a nice driver car.
