Just to give you a brief description on this Beautiful Trans Am. It is a 1979 Trans Am with 42,000 Miles. It has the Pontiac W72 high performance 400 with the WS6 handling package. It is also equipped with the Close Ratio 4-Speed transmission. This is one of only 2,485 Trans Ams made in 1979 with the Pontiac 400 and 4-Speed without T-tops. So, this car is actually more rare than the T-top counterpart which had 2,917 made in 1979. This car has been redone inside and out. I had the car stripped and painted with a basecoat/clearcoat. I also had new decals put on to accent this awesome paintjob. The rims were professionally refinished by www.78ta.com to put the final touches on the exterior. After all, what would a great looking paint job be without an outstanding set of rims. It also has the original round metal centercaps installed.

Options:

All of the mechanical options work and function like the should. All of the lights, brake lights, and turn signals work with no malfunctioning gauges. This car is decked out with the W72 High Performance Pontiac 400 engine which was rated at 220hp and 320ft.lbs. of torque. It also has the Close Ratio 4-Speed transmission with the WS6 handling package which included the 15x8 snowflakes. It has a 3.23 rear end ratio with Posi. It also comes with rear defogger and Air Conditioning. I also rebuilt the clutch.

Exterior:

The exterior of the car is in excellent shape with no paint chips, scratches, or spider-webbing. The car was painted in April 2004 and had new decals placed back on. There was no rust whatsoever on this car to begin with. I do have photos of the painting process if you are interested in seeing them. Interior:

The interior of the car is the black custom cloth and is in excellent condition with no rips and any of the seats, no fading, and no scratches. The dash and the center console has no cracks in it and looks perfect. The headliner is there and was replaced with new. The door panels are in excellent condition and the handles are not broken or loose because they have been replaced as well. I also replaced the carpeting with new and the back shelf.
