This is a 1975 Trans Am that is Buccaneer Red (option 75) and black standard interior (option 19Y). This is a numbers matching 400 / 4-speed car with 40,821 actual miles. The production date of this Trans Am was December 16, 1975 which allowed this car to come with 2 very nice 1974 Trans Am features from the factory; a 160 mph speedometer and tailpipes. It is fully documented by both PHS and General Motors of Canada Limited. The car has been in Canada it's entire existence until I purchased it this year. It is a 1 of 6140 Trans Am's made in 1975 with a 400 / 4-speed that is in awesome condition.

This Trans Am is in EXCELLENT, SHOWROOM condition!

The exterior Buccaneer Red paint in in great condition with no scratches, door dings or road rash. It has had ONE repaint in 1995 with new decals and has been totally pampered and kept in showroom condition. The car has all of it's original body panels and the front spoilers and fender flares are in excellent condition. The glass is all original and in great condition as well. The car was Ziebarted at delivery.

The interior is near perfect and all original with the exception of the carpet. The dash, console, headliner, door panels and aluminum dash bezel are ORIGINAL and look like new. All guages work.

The engine is a numbers matching 400 with 40,800 miles on it. When the car was painted, the engine was pulled and repainted as well. 1970 Trans Am Ram air III heads (code 19) were added with an Edelbrock intake. I HAVE THE ORIGINAL HEADS AND INTAKE! It has the original, numbers matching carb on it. The engine compartment is in show condition. The engine is not only beautiful but extremely potent. The car runs great and does not leak a drop of fluid.

The suspension is very tight. The car has NO squeaks or rattles. It drives as well as it did when the car left the showroom floor. The brakes work fine and the tires have 80% tread remaining. The honeycomb wheels are in great condition with brand new beauty rings to really make them stand out.
